ABOUT ME

This is never easy... We'll I am from California and as a child I caught the travel bug quite early. After many short visits to different countries, I now have lived outside the US for a year, and I plan on making a life of living internationally. For now I have Turkey and couchsurfing!

I would say I am a laid back person most of the time. I love meeting people especially those that have a good sense of humor, are passionate, enjoy laughing, are confident in themselves, have positive energy, are easy-going, and those that live for the simple pleasures, like an ice cream cone!

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem of course. Indulge yourself but do everything in moderation. (thats kind of an oxymoron)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am happy to offer a warm and comfortable sleeping arrangements, a tour of the city and some advice about the area, or even to meet for a cay, beer, coffee, soda, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed twice and I have only hosted once so far but I hope to do more of both. It has been a bit difficult this past year because I have hosted so many friends visiting me in Trabzon.

Intereses

I am interested in the music, dance, and cuisine of the different places I visit. While in Trabzon I have gotten pretty good at a local dance style here Kolbasti and I have learned some Turkish recipes!

In general, I love most things that excite my senses: beautiful places, delicious food, banging music, etc.

I don't have room to write it all

R&B, Electronic, Electro-pop, Blues, Jazz, Dancehall, Dubstep, mash-ups, Folk Music, Classic Rock, bad pop, Alternative Rock, Hip Hop, Reggae, etc.

I love classic Audrey Hepburn films, Film Noire, Anything that makes me laugh out loud.... Depending on my mood my taste changes. I enjoy most films, however I don't really have the patience for bad comedies.
