About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To grow, love and be happy

ABOUT ME
I'm enthusiastic about many things, I love to travel, to experience, to meet new people, there are so many wonderful open people in the world and it's always a pleasure to find them. And of course being lucky enough to spend some time with the old friends is always a blessing.
I love to move, right now it's all about yoga, but before I was all about aerial silks hula hooping, and a little juggling.
I love beautiful places, being lost in nature or in some mad city, whatever suits my feeling.
I'm attracted to almost anything that helps me grow and learn, I seek authenticity, people who live their truth, kindness, compassion, acceptance, patience and all that good stuff.
I also love to read and learn about health-related topics, yoga, physiotherapy, anatomy.

PHILOSOPHY

live, love, feel, explore, appreciate..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some really wonderful sunshiney people through CS. My best friend hosted a lot of people and everyone one of them I shared time with was a total pleasure. It's also a great way to see and get to know a place, CS attracts authentic like-minded people, and they're the ones who know where all the great places are from food to walks, to that special little place that only the locals know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing all the way up a randomly chosen mountain with a very good friend in Peru near Urubamaba with the intention of reaching snow and making footprints with our bare feet in the snow. We didn't quite make it to the snow (we just about got to snow level but the snow was on the next peak over) the view from up there was one of the most mind blowing views I've ever seen, we could see what seemed like the whole world, a valley surrounded by mountains, then a flat bit over the first mountains and another layer of mountains above that. It was really amazing to see.

I hitch-hiked to Finland with a friend form Hungary for the European Juggling Convention. We were dropped off at this little bar where they apparently hold really great metal concerts! It was about 40 km from our destination, in the middle of nowhere, with no cars passing and dark so we decided to have a drink and see what the night would bring. We ended up chatting to all sorts of funny people and found ourselves being invited to a cheerful farmer and his family's smoke sauna beside their own lake in the quiet beautiful countryside somewhere. We laughed and drank (well more them than me!) baked in their particularly great fire heated sauna and swam in the cold lake all through the Finnish summer night where it's never really dark. We went back to their beautiful farm to sleep, woke up to a big big breakfast with the whole smiling family. We spent to afternoon together, they showed us their bees,we put on bee suits and met the queen bee. It was a truly amazing encounter!

I walked to Andorra from Olot a place in the foothills of the Pyrenees with my father and my little brother (who was 12 at the time and rocked it!). It was a truly beautiful time, we walked for hours each day, chatting or in silence, we reconnected became best friends, met all kinds of interesting, kind and generous people and got a wonderful big dose of nature, beautiful views, smells, trees, rivers, sun and even snow! Epic trip!
