Overview
About Me
We are an outgoing, lively, and friendly couple, Who love meeting new people and learning new things. We love to travel (of course) are currently on a year long trip from Calgary, Canada to as far South as possible (Argentina is the dream).
In the UK we work as a PR consultant (Chris) for sustainable businesses and an Arts Engagement Coordinator (Zoe). This year we are working on our first documentary production 'The Secret of Change' which looks at the Transition Towns movement in West Coast North America.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are looking to get the best possible feel for each city we go to and it seems there is no better way than to find that than stay with local people. We love making connections with like minded people and also sharing our culture, conversations and open spirits! We are of course, always incredibly grateful of anyone who welcomes us into their home and respect that shared space by being clean, tidy and always willing to chip in :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Our favourite genres range from Folk to Drum & Bass and documentaries are our go-to for films but will happily watch anything worth watching.
Zoe's favourite book is If On A Winters Night A Traveller by Italo Calvino and Chris' is The Book- on the Taboo Against Knowing Who You Are by Alan Watts and we are both partial to the great and late Terry Pratchett.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The one amazing thing we can't stop talking about at the moment is about when we went camping in the Mountains and saw our first Bear. Luckily she didn't make it all the way up to our camp!
What I Can Share with Hosts
We want to share our culture, opinions and conversation with you.
Also we are both incredibly creative and are in the process of filming a documentary so would love to share our knowledge of photography, film making and sustainability with you too.
