ABOUT ME

I'm Zoe, I'm 20, and have been traveling around Asian for the last 4 months. I'm an active person who loves
cooking, reading, listening to music, being in nature,participating in sports and all art forms. Probably my favourite things to do whilst traveling are motorcycling (whenever possible!), bicycling, hiking, meeting locals and fellow travelers, exploring new cultures and trying (and often failing) to speak the native language, but probably most of all I love eating new and exciting types of food!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm traveling so I can't host anyone until I'm back in London, but if anyone's traveling in the same area or wants to visit London whilst I'm there, I'm more than happy to meet up with them!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had some lovely hosts over the past few months, and think it's the best way to meet locals, get a real insight into traveling around that area and it's the easiest way to have the best experience possible. Although I've never hosted before, I'd love to have travelers come and stay with me when I return to the UK, to keep that exciting traveling vibe going in my life and to get have the chance to get an insight into the countries I haven't had the chance to visit yet.

Traveling, cooking, music, literature, sports... Most things, but give me some good old 70's rock and I'll be happy.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to name, but stuff like 'On the Road' to most fantasy books (Neil Gaiman!), to classics such as Wuthering Heights.

Most music, but my heart lies with anything guitar related.

Tarantino and Miyazaki's Studio Ghibli films are probably my favourite, but I'm open to anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having spent three months in Nepal, I think the experiences of trekking in the Himalayas and my time in Tibet are unrivaled in their beauty and extremity. But I hope I get to have many more astounding experiences!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook? And I'm always very interested in both learning and teaching languages. I suppose I believe you always learn something from someone if you spend a little time with them.
