Music, Movies, and Books
Music: anything with an electric guitar even if there's a string missing.
Books: I have to say that a book by James Ellroy blew my mind. It's called "White Jazz" and the guy invented a new literary style. Haven't read anything like it before or since.
Also lately I discovered a writer-thinker called Nassim Nicholas Taleb. To call him an heretic would be an understatement. Soon to discover more of him. The book I read is called "Antifragility".
Movies: let's see... I've seen some great stuff from the Italians lately. A movie called Suburra which deals with mafia. They should know better.
I also watched a comedy (or rather dramedy? Does that genre exist?) called "Perfetti sconosciutti" (Perfect strangers). Brilliant!
Lastly, a TV series called "Gomorra-The series": I regard it the best TV series I have ever watched. It also deals with the mafia - the Neapolitan branch and it is stunning -the series, not the mafia-.
I should mention for avoidance of any misunderstanding that I don't speak a word of Italian.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I helped an old lady cross the street in '97.
Teach, Learn, Share
I started learning the guitar. I gave up when I discovered it was a mandolin.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories around the fireplace. So you ought to have one, otherwise, I won't tell my stories. A tiger skin would also help.
