About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To Create My Own Barbary Lane

ABOUT ME

i like travelling, friends, lovers, dancing, live gigs, great films/music/books/art that help me understand the world better, meeting new people and loving them too... and much more besides, like sunsets on very remote beaches and sunsets on inner city beaches and maybe sunrises too.

i also strongly believe in the power of the individual and each and everyone's right to express themselves. i believe in bucking the status quo in order to enforce a process of reinvention, freshness and originality. i believe in continuing a sexual revolution. That's all. In general I hope for the world.

PHILOSOPHY

To interpret the world in my own way and express it as differently as possible. To celebrate its diversity and create a home for it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't literally couch-surfed using this before but have travelled a lot and randomly met now close friends who hosted me in many locations all over the world. Now want to do the same for others.

Music, Movies, and Books

Harold and Maude. Rufus Wainwright. The Gossip. The Rapture. The Presets. Grey Gardens. Wide Sargasso Sea. The Talisman. My Lives.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked in one of the world's largest lead and zinc mines. Amazing because of its size, its scope, the toughness of the work and my sexuality in that environment!!

Teach, Learn, Share

If you get the job of your dreams, it can still easily become repetitive and monotonous like any other job you might consider being so. Your approach to life is more important than any outside factor you may think will change the way you live.
