ABOUT ME

I was born in Canary Islands but I now work as a language assistant in Paris.
I haven't travelled a lot but I think I could spend a lot of time doing it. Sometimes I'm a little bit shy, but even if sometimes I need a moment of loneliness, I like meeting new people.

Interests

I like music, books, cinema, photography, climbing, snorkelling, travelling... I love languages and really enjoy translating and learning. Through CouchSurfing, I hope I will meet nice people ready to share a little bit of time, a coffee, a nice conversation...

Music, Movies, and Books

I really listen to all kinds of music: classic, jazz, pop, rock, salsa... but I don't have a favourite group or singer. I always choose what I think is the best of them.
I love Latin American literature. One of my favourite books is "One hundred years of Solitud", by Gabriel García Márquez. I also like Neruda, Benedetti and other writers like Juan Ramón Jiménez or Philippe Delerm...
I have a lot of "favourite movies" : "Singing in the rain", "The Third Man", "Twelve Angry Men", "Amélie", "The Shining"...

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you how to play the piano (if you have one, because I'm not used to travelling with a lot of luggage XD), the traverse flute, which is the instrument I play the most, and some rhythms of latin persussion.
I would like to know more about photography. It would be cool if you could teach me some technics and little tricks.
