I am a Film&TV student at Bahcesehir University in Turkey, altough I am at Belfast right now, studying at Ulster University as an Erasmus Student. Travelling has always been my dream since I was a child. Seeing new places, meeting up with new people, experiencing amazing times you can never forget makes me think about those great moments I will have and the lessons I will learn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I mentioned earlier, I love travelling as a main goal in the life and at the time I learned about Couchsurfing. I felt it could be a great idea to join this breath-taking place to get to know more people. Since I've learned from my old experiences, first travelling by myself was a great idea, but then I understood that eventhough when I was having fun, there was always something missing. Thus, I understood that I should be with other people, as the quote says "Happiness only real when shared." That is my motto in life so far.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: As the subject comes to the music interest, I have a very strange style. I love every kind of music, even though all of them unrelated to each other. I can listen to rock, after that rap, after that classical music. It is not consistent at all :D

Movies: As I mentioned earlier, I am studying Film&TV. So there is too many movies I really adore, thats why it is so hard to give an example about my favorite movie. But I am definetly sure about a movie changed my life entirely, it is 3 Idiots.

Books: I can't say myself I am a bookworm but I really love reading. There is a lot of books I really like but The Alchemist would be the best one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess, this question could be the hardest one so far. Yet, I can tell a story about me and my friends went to a beach near to my hometown in İzmir. After swiming, one of my friends told us a story about Zeus the greatest Greek God. Near to beach that we went, there is a cave full of water something like a pool which used to be Zeus's bathtub. However, the exciting part is coming right now, because the water's temparature inside the cave was really close to zero, so it was absolutely freezing. But we plucked up our courage and jumped into the pool. At first, It was unbearably cold but then we got used to it and started to swim. Inside the cave was pitch dark and we were just going out from the water and jumping in againg. It was one of the best moments I have ever had.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a native Turkish speaker so if you want to learn some words, I am the one who can give you that. Not bad words :D I am a gamer as well, if you interested in playing games I can show you some tricks.
I am up to learn anything about anything. It is one of the basis elements of life, learning from eachothers without concerning about what it is.
I can share my thoughts and my story and if I can cook, I can share my food as well. My mom gave me some good pointers about cooking. If you want to taste Turkish food, just tell me that's all :D

If I host you, I can share all the things I have if it is possible. I can take my host to out to eat out or I can show you around that must have seen or the places you want to see. I can give advices about the places in Turkey if I have any idea to help you for next city or adventure :)
