About Me
If you'd like to be hosted, please read carefully my profile and "My Home" section.
Hello! My name is Zofia, I'm a student from Poland. Apart from studying and trying to survive, I try to find any possible occasions to add magic to my daily routine. I find it in movies, books, art, languages; but most importantly - in other people, who inspire me and show me new places, perspectives and ways of living.
I feel fully free when I am travelling and meeting people, landscapes and art of places unknown to me before. Long conversations with strangers (but when you do have them, they're becoming less and less of strangers, haha) have been always very fruitful in my life and I wish to have more of them - and there is no place better than Couchsurfing to pursue this dream.
I've used Couchsurfing as a guest quite many times and I'm planning to continue, but as I finally have someplace to host as well - I'd also love to share this limited space with some travellers who decide to explore Warsaw. As I am quite busy studying two majors, I cannot, unfortunately, host too often - therefore it's also important for me that people who I host share my vibe, interests and admiration for art - please, write a personal request and tell me why you think we'd get along well.
With my roommate, we organize a lot of stuff - poetry evenings, themed parties, movie screenings, we "put out" a small absurdist, performative newspaper.
I live in absurdity, chaos and art.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am extremely interested in human beings and I consider travelling one of the most beautiful forms of discovering them! The act of travelling is even more beautiful than usual when you can meet someone local and see some less popular places.
