About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Getting back my luggage from United Airlines... That's a very frequent priority of mine...

ABOUT ME

That I'm a funny, easy going, adventurous person, always up for some silliness. I love discovering new places and making new friends on the way. Otherwise, I'm a hard working graduate student trying to figure out life and learn as much about this world as possible

PHILOSOPHY

Learn, experience, socialize as much as you can, then sort it out!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very new to Couchsurfing, so right now I just surf and participate with my personality. I'm planning to host later though.

How I don't participate is I'm not going to make a mess, I realize that you're letting me into your home and I'm going to respect that. I'm more than happy to cook something Hungarian like Gulash or Csirkepaprikás, etc. (I've only had amazing feedback about them so far, I hope half of it is true)

One of my goals is to build an international network of friend to hang out and exchange experiences with whenever we're in each other's city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet... I've heard a lot of amazing stories from others and I'm super excited to try it and engage in the community.

Interests

I think being constantly on the move is something I couldn't live without. Even if I'm stuck at my little college town for a moment I keep on being active and social to avoid being too one-dimensional.

How do I spend my time? In non-traveling mode in the US, I spend most of my time working (I'm a PhD student), dancing, working out and of course, hanging out with my friends around DC. When I'm at home in Budapest, I work in coffeeshops, go out all the time and hang out with my homies discovering my home city in ways I never could while I grew up there..

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm an all-eater, I'm just as much into all sorts of the electronic scene as into classic rock, indie, pop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Coral reef in the Red Sea
2. Sunrise in the Sahara in Tunisia
3. Being inside the great pyramid

Teach, Learn, Share

I wanna learn as many fun drinking games as possible:) Anything I learn I'm happy to teach later, but I'm new to the whole thing, so I don't really know what skill of mine might turn out to be useful:)
