Love to (try to )surf, jog and work out.

Love sleeping in a tent or a park bench.

Ive opened myself to new philosophy's and ways of thinking since being abroad.
Love experiencing other cultures.
I love to meditate, read and do yoga.
I also love to learn new dances, currently some salsa and bacciata.
I am new to couch surfing but so keen to start getting involved.
Ive met some inspiring people who have changed my entire perspective on my purpose in life.
So my new mission is to meet as many surfers and global nomadic dwellers and learn from them,
as Ive come to realize,
I dont know enough.

Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Respect every single human being, animal and plant.
Respect and a smile goes a long way.
Healthy lifestyle and eating, treat your body like a temple. You have only 1.
Trust the ocean and it will be good to you.
Let go of everything , do not grasp and cause your own suffering, there is no reason for anger when everything is impermanent.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Attending CS gatherings occasionally in Bali and when travelling, hosting surfers, helping out as much as I can with whatever needs I am able to tend to. Attending couch surfing gatherings when travelling.
International couch surfing gatherings are SO much fun!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed in Thailand, it was awesome, in KL and Singapore I met the couch surfing community and it was really something special. I enjoy hosting good people. Ive met some great people who I still keep in contact with.

Movies:
Too many to mention, all the classics. Love good quality movies.
No horrors, hate silly blood shed movies.
And silly hollywood cliches.

Music: I LOVE MUSIC, anything relevant, anti establishment, quality lyrics and melody. Anything with genuine and original substance.
Anything from Bob Dylan, Motown Classics like Barry White, Marvin Gaye, to Bob Marley, UB40, Frank Sinatra and The Beatles
I LOVE HIP HOP, my favorite genre of music. Any conscious hip hop with uplifting lyrics. As long as the music is made to uplift the people.

Books: I read mostly Lonely Planet, auto biographies, not the biggest fan of fiction, prefer non fiction. Love philosophy, sufism especially as well as Marx. Started reading Paulo Coelhe, one of my favourites, esoteric fiction. Love buddhist philosophy. I try to read as much as possible.

Sunrise summit of Mount Rinjani - Lombok
Sunrise summit of Mount Batur - Bali
Sunrise summit of Mount Merapi - Central Java (straight after a bike accident)
Being invited to the village in Solo Mount Lawu and night hiking with a group of new local friends - to clean the mountain.
Hitch hiking a local boat for 10hours to Karimunjawa being stuck at sea at night for 2 hours surrounded by black and a sky full of stars. Then arriving and island hopping to 7 islands.
Riding to Bromo on scooter at 2am getting stuck and hitch hiking to Bromo for sunrise.
Learned to love.

Willing to teach design, English.
Anything to help fellow human beings. Willing to learn anything. Everything.
Open to sharing anything all the time. Teaching orphans English touches my heart.
I will never ever know enough and thirst for worldly and spiritual knowledge.
