I can share to my host:
a) Clear information. Ask host's home rule, what I should/should not do.
b) Hands to help the host do housework.
c) If the host share food or going together to entertain, ask 'share the cost'.
d) Bring a small gift to the host (fridge magnet, key ring etc).
e) When I leave, give an appreciation & say "Thank you" to the host

I can share to my guest:
a) Clear information, before the guest arrive, introduce my home situation.
b) If the guest is tired, wouldn't disturb and let guest has a rest.
c) Ask the guest's interest, need. try to solve his/her problem.
d) If I am available, I can show you city around, but remember that don't force to follow.
e) Pick up from nearest station by my car, some advice on traveling Mongolia
