I am very open person who worked as a HR specialist in Software company. I used to live in Ostrava, Czech Republic. This city has a soul. This city has a story. :) I decided to reach my dreams. I left my job and started treavell across my non-plan. :)
I am in Love with nature so so much. Also with travelling and good people or good chocolate.
Right now I am also in love with writing my book, developing my first small project (robokouč - right now just in czech on FB messenger) and singing.

I created an amazing working space full of "happiness at work" or workplace full of freedom. My colleagues are grateful for that so much.
We gave them:

- opportunity to see what exactly is company doing and why - opportunity to say opinion loudly and opportunity to be a part of deciding heads
- individual leadership
- opportunity to work on themselves in working ours
- space for creativity and lots of fun
- opportunity be more than colleagues.. we became a real friends
