About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel the world, learn a lot
ABOUT ME
I am from Long Island, and I've moved around a lot in my life. I've been living in Germany for the past five months, and it has been really good. Basically, since I finished my master's degree a few years ago, I've been traveling around the world teaching English, and as such I've visited four continents and made big trips to China, Italy, Central Europe, and Africa.
I'm going to law school in the UK at the end of September, and before I do that, I want to travel around Germany. It's weird -- I learned German, but I haven't actually traveled in Germany very much (I've just lived here). I hope to correct this over the next three weeks.
PHILOSOPHY
Try not to care so much. I try to define my own ethical system, and more importantly to live by it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Okay, someone recently asked me about this. Despite traveling so much, I have only limited experience with couch surfing. I've done it about five times, and it has always been a good experience. It's really nice to meet someone who is from the city I am visiting, and who wants to share the city with me. I really like that.
The reason I don't have any testimonials is because most of the time I've done couch surfing has been with my brother, who set up the couch surfing. I'm sorry I don't have any testimonials, but I really am a cool person, and I want to meet some cool people while traveling.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Only surfing. However, when I get settled in the UK, I hope to start hosting. The times I've surfed have always been fun.
Interests
