ABOUT ME

Generally, I am usually an open-minded adventurous smiley-girl, who wants to explore and get to know all the wonderful facets of this mind-blowing thing called life!

If you want to know me some deeper, I guess there are two most important sides of my personality at the moment:

1 - the metal side: i am a big fan of metal music and the life values connected to it are a big part of my life. I value freedom, braveness, adrenaline. This has been with me for a very long time.

2 - the "hippie" side: it is quite new, i am still discovering many things. I love the nature and wish to be closer to it, alternative ways of living is something i feel the urge to explore (i dream of finding a "hippie" village i will stay at forever :) ), i love trips to the inner core of things, "hippie" and hippie music inspires me :), and the relaxed peaceful "don't worry, be happy" approach to life is for me something new but very wise and appealing, I try to learn it.
(the label "hippie" bothers me, but I can't find a better-fitting word)

PHILOSOPHY

I think that people are born on this planet to be happy and to spread positive emotions. And the highest value in life is freedom. I actually believe that if everybody were inartificial, free and honest then there would be peace and happiness everywhere in this world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Though CS is theoretically mostly about hosting and surfing, I rarely get the chance to host and often am busy/visiting relatives/etc while traveling - but for me CS rules in meeting up with the most inspiring people in various corners of the world!

Movies: "Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind". (there's many other ones I very much enjoyed, like "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World", "Attack the Block" etc, but none of them is as cool as Eternal Sunshine)

Music: with folk metal always staying my "true love", I am always discovering all sorts of stuff!
Mostly listening to the discoveries recently...
As to my "long term" time-proven old favorite bands, that's Heidevolk, Грай, Wardruna, Lamb of God, Satyricon, Hanzel und Gretyl, The Birthday Massacre, HIM, Nirvana, Hole, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Garbage, Beatsteaks and so on. yeah, some of those are pretty pop, but what can I say, I started loving music when I was a kid :D)
