About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live life like Alexander Supertramp!

ABOUT ME

Hey! I am an optimistic and spontaneous person, who loves adventure, to meet new people and experience new things. I want to travel the world and learn from my experiences and from everyone around me.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm going to paraphrase Thoreau here... rather than love, than money, than faith, than fame, than fairness... give me truth. ― Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild

Always seize the day -- enjoy life in whatever form it comes - the hard times increase the value of the best times.

Moderation and balance for everything. Everything of too much is bad, everything of less is bad - always be in the middle.

To know is to feel, and to feel is to experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am kind of forever-in-love with french new wave and east asian cinema. I can't explain how my love for films are, I mean there are still so much movie to watch!

I know the lyrics to 155 out of 208 Beatles songs by heart. I love The Smiths too! Indie music mostly but I like anything I can sing along to.

I like to read a lot, though it is mostly classics and high-school banned books, although I usually have more than one book going in various genres. I lust for classic books from Bukowski, Hemingway, Murakami, Nabokov, and Vonnegut.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got lost in Ankor Wat, Cambodia -- getting lost to a country/place you not know would always be priceless

Conquered the Banaue Rice Terraces, Sagada

Camping for 4days in the beach on Zambales and actually be like a local.

Travelled Cebu City alone without an itinerary and found the cultural gem of the city has to offer.
