I just discovered Couchsurfing and it seems like nice way to meet new people, travel around the world and explore different cultures

Music - from pop music to heavy rock music (depends on the mood)
Movies - Braveheart, Inception, The game
Books - it's hard to pick few favorites by author or by book. I prefer philosophy (ancient greek, modern philosophy and etc.), economics and finance (random books for self-interest), politics (political science etc.; I could call myself as political Junkie)

I think there is no such "one amazing thing to do" by definition :) In some ways you can call "journey through the life" to be "one amazing thing"
