We are a worldschooling/unschooling family of six, Zdenka and Martin and our four boys (11, 8, 5 and 2 years old). We live in Prague and usually spent about half a year somewhere else. We enjoy travelling a lot, mainly because we can meet interesting people, see wonderful places, see and learn new things, explore the world.
As hosts, we can offer very modest accommodation in a separate room on a mattress on the floor in so far only partly refurbished flat (but in a very nice and calm neighbourhood not too far from the centre), for a person or two or possibly a family with children not needing too much space or privacy.
When travelling, we enjoy Couchsurfing because as slow-travellers, we usually spread long transfers over several days and sometimes spend a night or two with a Couchsurfing host somewhere on our way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We enjoy meeting people from all over the world. It is always very interesting to learn about the lives, passions and adventures of other people. And there are so many wonderful people participating in Couchsurfing.

Interests

We love to be together as a family. Our children are unschooled, i.e. they do not go to school and do not follow any curriculum, they just follow their interests. We enjoy time outdoors, as well as at home, discovering the world around us. Kids just love to have fun, anywhere, with anyone, anytime. And we learn so much from them - about ourselves.
