ABOUT ME

Well, here I am, finally. I have practiced cs (only that it wasn`t called like that and it was much more left to individual inventivness and initiative) through some well-known chat programs ten and more years ago. I used to travel a lot when I was a student and always managed to find friends (and their couches) in the places I was going to - like Sardinia, Belgrade, Mexico and others. We are still in touch with some of those friends and they are one of my best long-distance firends.:-) Then I heard about cs, and I thought:"Oh! What a great idea!" But then forgot all about it, untill I met my boyfriend Matej, who is an eager cs and who introduced me and involved me in hosting people. Well - since I am not travelling as much as I used to (job, duties and all...) I am really happy to meet people from all over the world. And I got to know some very interesting stuff I would probably never known if I wasn`t involved, like: 4 is the unlucky number in Korea. And Australians make great cooks! :DDD Well, I can just say in few words that IT`S BEEN A WONDERFUL ADVENTURE! :)

PHILOSOPHY

With people I am quite easy going and an eternal optimist. I believe in good in people. When I aknowledge, this is not the case, I just go and find someone else. I always give a second chance, but when you miss the second shot, there is no way back! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Helped in city sightseeing tours and picnics that my bf organized for his css.
I partecipated in the hiking tour in the Julian Alps CS Šparglijada, hiking in Velebit, been to an evening meeting in Ljubljana and the Xmas meeting + fee hugs in Maribor. I am looking forvard to future hiking and other events!

Interests

I am a very active and mobile person: you can find me either on a walk with my dog, either sailing or hiking in the mountains (in any season). I also have a olive tree-field and I am a cofirmed farmer (by community decrete). :) I spend most of my free time with my boyfriend - having many things in common makes it twice as fun! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Love actually!!! And "La vita e bella". Two different ones with an amazingly strong characters, if you bother look beyond the first impact (I am talking especially about the first one - usually categorized as "chick flick").
There are many more of different kinds, though. I don`t like horror and psicological thrillers - there is already enough stress in true life, sometimes. I don`t need it in the movies!!!
Music: different, depending on the mood.
Books: The last one I read was Firmin by Sam Savage. Good one!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gloria!! The really amazing meteorologic phenomena on the top of Rodica mountain. GLORIOUS!!!

Hiking in the Cordillera Blanca and hugging the centennial Puya Raimondi! And especially the endless horizon of the Salar de Uyuni! The nature is just amazing!

Amazing things done...everytime I made someone happy, even with a little gesture, has been amazing for me!
