I adore cultural diversity. I have visited many locations in 12 countries of which I lived in France and Nigeria, and USA if you want to count that. I am a member of the Cherokee Tribe. I also have Irish, Swedish, and Black Dutch blood lines.

My one/only adult child lives in Dallas. I was 39 when I had him using a mid-wife.

I was president of the USA Girl Scouts Paris France [264 strong] for 2 years, as well as a leader in Paris and Nigeria.

I was President of Student Government for 1 semester at Lone Star/North Harris College--10,500 students

I have owned 2 restaurants and one new/used retail store. I've worked as a Screen Printer, Graphic Designer, Optician, Industrial Housekeeper, Mary Poppins-type Nanny, and more; I am quite diverse in employment talents.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a cheerleader for the first time ever in my life at age 42 at Bacone College in Muskogee OK. We could only have 5 on the squad. I beat out two others. We were chosen by the Northeastern University Cheerleaders. I was 25 years the elder to the Bacone Warrior squad.

My story aired 3 times on Inside Edition, I was on Good Morning America, K-Hits Radio morning show, CNN and the Tulsa local channels, articles in Family Circle and Star magazines and The Chronicle of Higher Education, and hundreds of newspapers across America. The first paper was Tulsa World placing me above the fold. I was also in the Dallas Morning News.
