Seychelles Victoria

Victoria has more bicycle routes than any other Canadian city, so it’s the perfect place to rent a bike and explore at your own pace. Explore the Inner Harbour, where cruise ships dock and whale-watching tours depart. Next to the harbour, you’ll find the famous 464-room Empress hotel, where you can have afternoon tea and explore the verdant courtyards outside. Eat in one of the fantastic restaurants around the harbour to sample some of the freshest, tastiest seafood you’ll find anywhere.

Make the trip to Fisgard Lighthouse, the first lighthouse on the west coast of Canada, for a fantastic photo opportunity of this piece of Victoria’s maritime history. For a breath of fresh air, head to Butchart Gardens to walk among the whimsical landscapes and vibrant flowers that draw more than a million visitors every year. During the Festive Season, the Gardens are laced with thousands of colorful lights, transforming this wonderland into something even more magical.
