I'm from Colombia, to be more accurate I'm from Bogota.

I'm a talkative, easygoing and open minded person but also a tranquil person. I'm a bike friendly guy.

I'm passionate about my work and coincerning about cultural policys, I trying to find out how to make a tie between the cultural and artistic field and the political one.

Bogota is the city where I grew up, it is a messy and chaotic city, two adjetives that become cualities if you know the city deeply. The sound of the buses engines are mixed with the odors of the bread recently made of the local bakeries. The grey and terra cota colours of the buildings and houses contrast with the green beautifull mountains that cover the east part of the city. The insecurity of the streets seems minor when the merchants in the place markets said you " que quiere mi vida" or "a sus ordenes mi amor, que tenga buen día".

In a travel you learn and get new knowledge also by smelling, tasting, touching. For these reasons, I think that it is neccessary to experience a place in the whole meaning of it: odors, colors, sounds, textures. Also, I learned that from many people that you relation with a place is subjetive.

Know with the feets, drag all the memories that you get by walk. That Get lost, find oneself, get lost again, maybe is the best way to complety an imaginary map that you have of a place, to build your own cartography.Discover the intagibles borders, the imaginary limits of the places, the different logics how the places works.

The CS experience is a way to get a point of view, to know how locals feel the city where they are living. It's a shortcut to aproximate to the places that are overshadowed by the main sightseeings.

I´m Political Scientist, interested in the cultural activities and his social espaces. Atracted by the cultural policies, multicultural relatioships, citizen access to cultural rights, tangible and intangible heritage and culture systems for citizen participation.

I'm pretty interested in the art fields like: sculpture, performance, installation, pottery, contemporary art, modern art, dance, teather, painture, literature, music, architecture.

Also because I have worked with intangible heritage, I'm interested in: Carnivals, festivals, festivities, traditional music and dance, social practices, rituals, knowledges and skills to produce traditional crafts, it's means all traditions or living expressions that the communities considering an important part of their identities.

Well... around 4 years ago I went to "the Salar de Ayuni" it´s one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been, it is the world's largest salt flat, it is like other planet.

If you go in winter, after raining, you could see the salar covered with water, and you could realize how the land became in a huge mirror. Literally you feel that you are walking in the sky or in an endless sea.

Once, one person told me that we can't notice that the big problems have simple solutions.

When you travel you notice that the learning experiences are endless, when you travel you realize that you don't know a lot of thing, but this is not a bad thing, is a way to be curios, and explore more and more; to continue with the journey.

I like to cook and I think that eat and cook is one of the best ways to know the others. In Spanish we have a beautiful word "comensales" but this is not only means "diners", means the people that eating and chatting, that eating and sharing around the table (I'm not an excelent cook or chef, but I like to share and eat).
