I believe in being present, remaining open, sharing meals, practicing mindfulness, having adventure, finding what makes us come alive, the need for compassion, and the intrinsic dignity of all people!

I am currently living in St Croix after moving down here on a 9 month dance contract. Two years later, I am still here :) ! I moved down from Philadelphia, PA to partner with St Croix Ballroom and Latin. Before moving to St Croix, I performed with several experimental theatre companies in the Philadelphia area including Puer Aeternus Ensemble Theatre Company, Carnival de Resistance, Pecola Breedlove and The Freedom Party, and eventually formed my own company, "Theatre of Alchemy".

When I am not indulging in my wanderlust, I am usually participating with the rhythms of my neighborhood, reading, working on a production, or playing guitar on my stoop.
