ABOUT ME

I am a graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, in the Faculty of International Law with.
I am also the LLM grad of SMU, Dallas.

PHILOSOPHY

WE ALL HAVE MERELY ONE LIFE TO LIVE, LAUGH AND LOVE SO THERE IS NO PLACE TO WAIT OR TO REGRET :-)

Since I was in high school, I have trusted that laws is an integral part of human society and people should study abroad to gain new insights and outlook. This circumstance stimulated me to attend faculty of International Law at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law which is one of the best law schools in Vietnam playing an important role as a legal research and an advisory body for the Vietnamese government in legal and public administrative reform.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I WOULD BE FULLY INVOLVED IN THE LOCAL LIFE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND AFTER RETURNING MY HOME TOWN, ALL BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES OF MINE CAN BE SPREAD TO MY BELOVED IN AN AMAZING WAY, INCLUDING YOU, MY HOST.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I WILL TRY MY BEST TO SAVE MORE AND MORE SUCH A SPECIAL EXPERIENCE.MY RECENT TRIP TO BANGKOK, particularly to Ayutthaya which was the old capital of Thai in the past. SOME NEW FRIENDS OF MINE PROVIDE ME ACCOMMODATION AND guide ME to get through the boat bus, BTS, MRT, tuk tuk and other kinds of transportation AS WELL AS RECOMMEND ME SEVERAL FAMOUS/ DELICIOUS STREET FOOD OF THE LOCAL. IT'S SO SO SWEET AND AMAZING. The Filipino cuisine made by my lovely host definitely will be the most memorable thing I had in these days.

MY SINGAPORE HOMESTAY WAS VERY HELPFUL TO SAVE MY TIME/BUDGET AT THAT TIME. I STILL UPDATE MY FB WITH THEM.

I AM HAPPY TO SHARE MY STRENGTHS AS MANDARIN LANGUAGES, ENGLISH PERHAPS OWING TO MY 7.5 SPEAKING IELTS SCORE AND SOME USEFUL TIPS, LEGAL INSIGHTS BECAUSE THAT THERE ARE STILL UNCHANGED AND VERY SIMILAR PRINCIPLES/RULES AMONG COUNTRIES AS TRUTH, LASTLY VIETNAMESE AND CHINESE CULTURES OR UNDERSTANDINGS.
• 11/2009: Voluntarily participating as the Secretary of The International Round Moot Competition held at HCMC University of Law by Law Asia Organization. I was Foreign Judges’ Assistant so as to help to arrange international moots and meetings.
• 12/2009: Winning the 3rd Prize of the Inter-University Practical Skill Competition which is held by HCMC University of Law and sponsored by United Nation Development Program. This is the Legal Competition attracting thousands students of South Vietnam Law Universities.
• 09/2010 – 12/2010: Officially Part time Legal Assistant at LOGOS Korean Law firm. (At Centec Building Office, HCMC)
. 03/2011 – 09/2011: Working at LCT Lawyers, Sai Gon Trade Center branch, HCMC as Junior Associate. My daily tasks include: Liaising with local authorities; Drafting and review Engagement Letters, Memorandums, Legal Alert; Translating Contracts, personal documents and letters, Research English case law, existing laws and regulations; Replying Customers' Enquiries about Labor, Corporate and Foreign Investment issues; Handling Receptionist's assignments and paperwork.
. From 11/2009 to present: Practicing at Motorbike Shop, Gia Duong International Trade Ltd., HCMC with daily tasks as making business plans and report weekly, liaise directly with external functional area as required or operational conduct promotion - marketing plans and communicate with clients.
. March 2012: Business case competition of Nam Dương Soya Sauce – Marketing and Sale strategy analysis and improvement, which was organized by Ton Duc Thang University, HCMC.
