Hello! My name is Carl Morrissette Marsan. I am a Canadian citizen originally from Montreal, Quebec, who has lived in Vilcabamba, Loja, Ecuador for 12 years. I’m passionate about helping people find their home in Ecuador, and I strive to make the world a better place through honesty, integrity, kindness, and compassion. I’m a firm believer in organic agriculture, environmental preservation, and natural living.

I’m a managing partner at Abundant Living Ecuador Real Estate, where I initially worked as a real estate agent before becoming a partner. I also run Abundant Living Retreat, offering guided tours of the beautiful Ecuadorian Andes mountain regions. My work has allowed me to develop strong leadership and organizational skills, along with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
