ABOUT US

Dear all,

We're Fanny(22yo)and Damien (28yo), a french couple, born and raised in the suburb of Lyon,currently travelling the world.

Damien used to work as a Maintenance and welding Engineer and Fanny keeps studying at the University.

As a matter of fact, after 3 years saving money, gears & stuffs, we departed for world tour in June 2014.

Indeed we love travelling and enjoying life and more important meet new people. An awesome life no? :)

Why becoming a couchsurfer? Because we would like meet cool and open minded people, share our passions, have interesting talks, cook french foods and do not live as regular tourists…

Our trip kicked off in South America for 3 month, and now we're heading towards NZ for 5 months. Thanks to our working holidays visa, we planned to discover this country from the inside since We should work partly.

We arrived in Auckland on october 2nd and we needed to have some days to apply for administrative stuffs, (bank accounts, IRD numbers, buying a van...) having a rest and at once discover Auckland downtown and its outskirts.

We are easy-going and we can adapt easily to any kind of situation.

Please contact us for a drink, coffee, or byte, we ‘d be delighted to meet you up but also to get your tips and things to see in Auckland. IF you have some free space also we might be interested to surf your couch or even plant our tent in your garden or possibly crash on your basement floor ;-)
