About Me
Hi there,
My name is Olivier, 28 y/o from Montréal. I pretty much started cycle touring this summer when I made a 10 days trip in Québec. It was enough for me to quit my job and seek a new adventure.
I'm currently on a journey from Vancouver to...well wherever I'll feel like cycling. Heading South, with Argentina in my mind. I left behind the most important things to me : friends and family. That's why I'm looking forward to meeting amazing/funny/crazy/inspiring/easygoing human beings. I like to talk about real stuff with real people. Or light stuff, but still with real people.
Over the years I've had the chance to live in multiple places around the world and to gather different experiences. I studied and worked in environmental sciences and also in addictions. Always in a field that was important for me.
I cycle because that's what makes sens right now. I love using my body to move myself around. I love adventure. I love learning new things. I love being exposed to what is not commun for me. I hope this trip will brings all of it.
I love to climb up, to go down, to stop, to stretch, to read, to question my whole life, to eat an apple and to go back on the road.
I'm living the gluten free life (not that good of a life), so I usually prefer to cook my own food. But it will be my pleasure to still share a meal with you!
I'd love to hear your stories, bike related or not :)
