ABOUT ME
Hi this is Korean DAE Woong Kim 23 years old,living in Seoul. Not like every Korean who goes to University. i volunteereed isreal Kibbutz.there were a lot of volunteers from all around the world. i volunteereed together,traveled together,drunk together.
i became firend with them.After volunteering 6month,i traveled to Europe for 1month and came back to korea. when i was in highschool i was lost but those kind of Activities made me think that "i can do this" . so i got confidence.then i decided to go republic of korea marine corps. and i succeeded.After that some kind of challenging and passion were growing up in my heart.so i challenged swim acrossing Han river 1.5Km and Triathlon And Across South Korea by bike 633Km.
i was successful in all of those.and i finished my duty.
On july i will challenge Acrossing USA.NY to LA
If you just read this letter it might let you think that i'm very strong or in good shape.but that's not true.i tried it with only passion and challenge.
And my challenge Won't Stop.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When i was Middle school student, i went to English Academy.i met Foreign teacher
there and i had a lot of communications with him. one day i fell in American drama.
i had more conversation with him then we became a friend,we watched movies,ate a lot of foods and we also played games. that's how i became so natural to talk to
american. and i love them. and i volunteered Kibbutz, i became friend with a lot of volunteers.2016,july i'm about to try somthing big. i will Across USA by bike.While riding bike, i'm really expecting to meet a lot of people. i want to tell my stories and know how they live,what they eat,what we eat, i want to feel it.
This is why I'm on Couchsufing.

I love swimming and riding bike these days. i used to play Xbox a lot of games. i love games too. i usually listen to music. i'm also interested in shooting.it is not easy to shooting in Korea but sometimes i go out for it. and i love to travel. i have traveled USA,Italy,France,England,Spain,Isreal,Turkey,Philippines,and i will visit more and more. i also love to play pingpong.
once i won a prize from high school pingpong champion.
