About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm done being a grownup. Not ready for this crap. I'm out of here like a girl shaped dust cloud!

ABOUT ME

I am so done being a grownup. Okay... none of us ever really feel grownup I think but I came close. I'm far too young for this crap! Always meant to travel more but never got around to it. Now world. It's ON!

PHILOSOPHY

The loudest voice you will ever have to listen to is your own conscience - every night before you go to sleep.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My family have always taken in travellers so taking people in comes naturally to us. Unfortunately we can't right at this very moment as we are all working such crazy hours but it should calm down soon..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Crashed out at many parties. Other than that, none yet.

Interests

I'm outgoing, love meeting new people, cooking, baking, roller skating, talking, drinking wine and sometimes taking a day to contemplate my navel. Horror movies, rollercoasters, singing, dinner parties, laughing, all music! etc...

Music, Movies, and Books

All music! Especially rock and anything new and creative. Emmm... Moby, Tool, Tv on The Radio, Nneka, Grimes, Audioslave, The XX, The Pixies, The Who, The Flaming Lips, A Perfect Circle, Penguin Cafe Orchestra, Ronald Jenkees, Faithless, Dan Deacon ...
Books - anything Graham Masterton, Dean Koontz, Stephen King and definitely anything Terry Pratchett!
Movies - anything except action. LOVE zombie and ghosty movies. Feel good thingies and comedies are great too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best week of my life: Sziget music festival in Budapest, Hungary 2008.

Teach, Learn, Share

A WSET certificate in wine and spirit studies. I guess I could teach people a bit about wine. Practical lessons are essential!
I love to cook and bake. I would be very very happy to cook for people. Perhaps a traditional Irish Shepherds Pie or something? I don't mind. I can cook most things.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Ireland
