I love nature, good food and fun. More of an introvert type of person who enjoys deep conversations and relaxed hanging out rather that parties and groups of people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Had heard from friends about the great experiences with couchsurfing and wanted to be part of this philosophy of sharing and trusting people. My experiences have all been good and I hope to meet locals on my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted surfers few times. All of them were good experiences! Also stayed with two hosts on my travel to Ann Arbor, MI. It was great way to learn more about the place and meet awesome people.

Interests

Adventure. I'm interested in life with more surprises and less traditions and routines. I also like learning and dreaming. And sleeping. Nature is what makes me relax and amaze every time. Sometimes architecture and art may be interesting too and I like to get new experiences with culture by visiting different kind of happenings.
I'm interested in people, culture and differences and the ways of coping with them. Human are so complex and fascinating that I find social life as a constant chance for learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like reading when I happen to find a good book. With movies it's the same, I can watch anything and like different kind of movies. Usually I like movies if they aren't predictable but even more I like movies that don't give me chance to predict. I like music too, sure, not passionately and not strictly. I listen to rock, indie, R&B, soul etc. What I know I don't like is Finnish rap-music and Iron Maiden.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've managed to teach sustainable lifestyle to children. I know, cause I've seen some results and am amazed how people would actually care if they had the knowledge of the consequences of their actions and choices.

Teach, Learn, Share

I study environmental ecology and am pretty passionate about preserving nature and living a sustainable life. I'm teaching waste management and hiking in nature to little children and know a lot of neat places in outdoors.
