About Me
Hey everyone,
I live in Berlin - currently studying my masters in sociology and working at Amnesty International at the press office. Besides work and study, I'm involved in the NoBorder Movement, investing a lot of time in projects that fight against the deadly outputs of the European Border regime & spending too much time reading and reading about all that shit that happens in the name of 'Europe' in Italy, in Greece, in Spain and elsewhere.
Besides this, I like to hang out with friends, chat, discuss and share. I like to spend time outside, still exploring the city of Berlin where I now have been living for more than 1,5 years. Sometimes I really enjoy watching movies and tv-series..
In April I 'paused' my live in Berlin for 5 month and traveled from Berlin through Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia and Bulgaria to Turkey and Greece, where I spend the last month.
My next adventure: JAPAN! This time I will be traveling with my boyfriend who has been studying in Tokio for the last 5 month. We will travel from Tokio to Kyoto, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yakushima ... to Okinawa and look for hosts on the way. We are exited to meet new people in Japan :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first used Couchsurfing when I moved to Palermo, Sicily in 2014 and meet so many amazing people trough it! Mostly I used it to meet people, and not mainly to find a place to sleep.
I've been traveling a lot in the last month in Turkey and Greece and I met so many interest people through friends and friends of friends of friends. In Japan I don't have any contacts and my bf has mostly contacts in Tokio, so we are looking forward to meet new friends on our way exploring Japan :)
