About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet new people, learn about new walks of life, new cultures, new languages, new foods, new stories :)
ABOUT ME
I lived most of my life in the US but moved around a lot. Some places I've lived in were Vienna and Rome. I now live and study law in Israel. Since I moved to Israel, I've visited Barcelona twice, Rome, Verona, Venice, Shanghai, Beijing, Paris, London, Istanbul.
I love different cultures, people, ethnic food, hanging out with friends, drinking wines.
I'm studying law still and hope to finish in 2015. I'm married to my best friend. We've been together for the last 5 years already. We love meeting new people. And we are always willing to host, if it fits our schedules, of course.
PHILOSOPHY
Live, and let live ... Respect and be respected. I'm open-minded about everyone and everything. I don't judge and I always give everyone a chance. Just don't be a murderer or a rapist. I love to meet new people and to build long-term friendships with these people in different countries, like I've already mentioned before.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I always love meeting new people wherever I go.
I live in my own house, and I have two couches in my living room/salon.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I love hosting people. I enjoy people who tend to share the same interests as I do. For me, CS is NOT about hooking up with people I host (I'm happily married to my best friend, and we have monogamously been together for the last 5 years), or simply giving them a place to crash at. I do not like to feel like a hostel. I would just like to clarify this very important point. I do CS because I love to make a real connection with all the people who come to stay with me. I want to make real friends whom I can visit, even though they may not be able to host me back. I share everything in my house as though it is yours, food, washing machine etc. I'm very easy going, and ask for the same in return.

Music, Movies, and Books
Most of my reading list at the moment involves law and court rulings. Once I finish my degree, I'll move on to reading for pleasure again.
I love House of Cards, Homeland, Suits, Marco Polo, Peaky Blinders, Orange is the New Black and many other different types of shows. Music is great, not fixed on any type of genre tho.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I still have much to do, much to learn and much to discovery.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to meet intellectual people, knowledgeable, worldly, people who have something to offer, a piece of wisdom to leave behind even after they've left. This doesn't mean that you don't have to have a university degree to qualify. One can still be knowledgeable about many things even without a degree. I just want to learn something new that I didn't know before, be that a new recipe, a new language, a new story, a new way of life ...
