ABOUT ME

Hey Guys!

I s sighed up for couchsurfing in 2013. But only (in November 2015) my profile is being completed. I still don't have in hosting surfers, but we received many friends from the University. Me and my wife Dani have many friends. She was born in the Amazonia, Manaus city, and studing here now (Curitiba), and I study in São Paulo, that's why always traveling and hosting people.

Ok, about me.....

I was born in the countryside. I grew up surrounded by nature. Today I live in the city but still more involved with agriculture and sustainability. Today we live in Curitiba which is a realy nice city to live. I work during the day and study English 3 days a week at night. I make all my trips in the city by bike.

My work is very interesting. I like a lot. Working with sustainable agriculture and immigrants people who have no land. Our goal is to find a place for this people to work and live.

I spent the last 5 years traveling, during my vacations, to South and Central America and USA (Florida).

In 2014 I studied for the 6 months in Mexico and could travel through this incredible country.

In 2015 I want to visit, Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto and Price Edward County.

As we study English and like to travel, I want to host people to show the city and practice English. At the end 2015 I'II stay a month in Canada by WWOOF (Word Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) www.wwoof.ca, I looking forward to having a great experience there..!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like a lot of music in any style, especially for dancing.

Movies: I like movies about travel and biographies.

Book: I read a lot about Anthropology, psychology and sociology for my word and graduate. To relax I read books in Spanish and Portuguese. I enjoyed the books: Os Sertões, O povo brasileiro, O mediterrâneo no tempo de Felipe II, Cien años de Soledad, El laberinto de la Soledad, Sidarta, A insustetável leveza do ser, O estrangeiro, On the road.

My favorite writer is Eduardo Galeano; La venas abiertas de America Latina, El hijo de los dias, Espejos, Memorias del fuego I, II and III, Patas arriba, la história del mundo al revés.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel by bike in Brazil, diving in the Blue Hole (Belize), cannopy (Costa Rica), walking from Cusco to Machu Picchu (Peru). Traveling through Bolivia and Guatemala.
