I am an intern at a company in South Germany and want to go exploring the neighbourhood and meet people from around here or in the neighboorhood

ABOUT ME

I am a 24 year old student, currently inbetween BSs and Msc; I'm abroad for 5 months doing an internship and I'd really like to fill up my weekends exploring the surrounding cities: Zurich, Basel, Konstanz, Stuttgart, Munich you name it. I'm an outgoing fellow, love listening music and i play some jazz and classical clarinet myself. I come from Delft which is a fine student party city, so I believe I know how to have some fun.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

First of all: I would really like to meet up with any interested people in the surrounding area if you're interested (Tuttlingen, Germany).

Then also I'd like to spend my weekends travelling and hope to be able to surf some couches in some of the bigger towns.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far; I've been tipped by my sister who has roamed several countries in the middle east and was impressed by the fun contacts she has been able to meet. I look forward to sharing the abroad-experience with like-minded travellers, students, locals or any willing to take me in!

Intereses

- Music (listening jazz, funk, classical, pop and - of course as I am Dutch - electronic&trance). I play the clarinet myself (dixieland jazz and classical)
- Sports (Field hockey, sailing, wind surfing, any outdoors really)
- Travel: love to see new places, specially meet people there. Several times I've lived in another city for a month or more at a time and I've always really appreciated to get to know another culture better that only meeting other travellers, but meeting and living with locals.
