ABOUT ME

Just love traveling, I'll probably be doing this for the rest of my life.

So I'm Hans. I was born in Cologne Germany, but I'm from Belgium. Started traveling about 4 years ago... Went to Australia on a working holiday visa, lived there for 2 years and just absolutely love the country unfortunately I couldn't stay. Did a little surf-holiday to Bali while I was in Australia, love surfing! After Oz I decided to go to New-Zealand and again had a good time! Didn't want to leave... After being away from home for about 2 years, I've been back home for almost a year now and I just feel I gotta leave, the world awaits! Next stops... Canada, USA, South-America, ...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll be mainly looking for places to stay in the beginning, but I'm always available to help out fellow travelers whenever I can! And hopefully in the near future I'll have a couch available, and then you're all more then welcome to pay me a visit!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Basically trough visiting friends I've met during my time in Australia and New-Zealand. Went to Stockholm myself for a couple of days. And had friends from Canada and Scotland that came to pay me a visit in Belgium.

There's a lot of amazing things I've done already and there's still so much amazing things to be done. But to name one... Slept under the stars in the middle of nowhere in the Australian outback, just magical.
