My favourite movie of all times is "Mar Adentro" (or The Sea Inside in english) directed by Alejandro Amenábar, I think I've watched it 100.000 times, but I also like "V for Vendetta" and "Million Dollar Baby" among others.

Music...almost a little bit of every kind.

Books..."Los genios no nacen...¡SE HACEN!" (in english would be something like "Geniuses don't born knowing...THEY BECOME IN GENIUSES!" but in not sure about that) by Camilo Cruz.
