I read lots of books. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle and The Art of Living by S.N. Goenka (on Vipassana meditation) are some favorites.

I listen to various folk, rock, blues, pop and new age music (e.g. Bob Dylan).

Movies: Documentaries, "based on a true story" dramas, certain comedies.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It was awesome to hike the Inka trail in Peru, and slowly approach Macchu Picchu. And I took a course in scuba diving in order to overcome my fear of deep water... thrilling!

My goal is to live in accord with the planet and inspire others to do the same . I'm open to learn from other cultures. I love spending time in nature (e.g. hiking), cooking for friends, singing & playing the guitar. I'm also pretty good at giving massage.
