Couchsurfing is an absolutely great platform! Thanks to CS I have already met many amazing people. Locals can advise you about the best things you can do in their area. You can share your travel stories, talk about the culture of your own country or countries you have visited...

I have hosted several people as well and I am always trying to have the best experience for them!

I am a sports lover. I was competing in roller (in-line) speedskating for 8 years.
Nowadays I prefer outdoor activities such as adventure and survival races - they are based on orienteering and they bring different disciplines together into one race.

I prefer action. So I spent my time rather hiking, exploring and traveling or doing sports, so there is not much time left for books, films or TV.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was volunteering in the Malaysian rainforest. It was an eco project and we spent some time with indigenous people from the Batek tribe! It was a truly amazing and unique experience.

Another thing was watching the Northern Lights! It was one of the most amazing moments in my life when I saw it for the first time! (It was on my Erasmus in Rovaniemi, Finland). I was so fascinated, that I spent a whole night watching them (at -15 °C) :D
