Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I joined a few years ago out of curiosity. Now is because I am looking a place to stay in San Francisco during a Residence Art program I am involved with. Looking for a place, help or any type of feedback.

I love skateboarding, new food experiences but over anything making things! My latest passion/obsession (the one taking me to SF) is about merging food and technology to provide amazing customized food experiences. 3d food printing, food paring, cooking techniques, ... anything that can bridge food and tech catches my attention.

Music, Movies, and Books

It would be difficult to choose, but I can tell you the only 3 cds I have at home, JDilla - Ruff Draft, Lisa Jaeggi - Oh lady you shot me, Mike Boo - Dunhill drone committee. But lately I have been listening to some korean music that I enjoy.

Movies anything with superheroes or robots might work.

Books. On Food and Cooking by Harold McGee, hopefully one day I will be able to add the Modernist Cusine encyclopedic cookbook to my library.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Study for a year in China, met my wife there. Long distance relationshiping for two years. Start living together and marrying in Barcelona during the 3rd one. After a couple of years in Barcelona not finding our right place, taking a leap of faith and moving out to wherever we find a better opportunities.
