About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'd like to travel all around the world with the little money I've got!

ABOUT ME

I'm a crazy spaniard who loves many things, specially my hat, my backpack (Carolina) and to travel without stop.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short and the world full of incredible places and amazing people. You just have to enjoy it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a good couch to offer at the apparment I rent with one good friend at Barcelona, but I don't mind giving my bed away if someone has back problems.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the good luck to host many people in Oviedo, where I studied university, and I have always met nice people. I have also visited a couple of people at their places, and I've been treated great: they prepared me dinner, showed me around and we ended up talking until very late.

Interests

I enjoy to read when I find time, swimming, scuba-diving, drinking beer and talking... It's hard to make me shut up. I love films and hiking! But my true passion is to travel: I managed to take a year off once I finished university and I backpacked throughout Southamerica for 11 months. It was the best experience of my life!
I have also been in Central and North America, Indonesia, most of Europe and Central Asia, another great trip.

Music, Movies, and Books

My main interest is rock, and I'm rather conventional about it: Pink Floyd, ACDC, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Alice Cooper, Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Blind Guardian, Dire Straits, etc. But I also like some other groups like the Black Keys, the Offspring, Nirvana, the Killers, Mumford and Sons, the Lumineers... And Classical music too! When I was a kid my parents used to make me go to sleep with Mozart, Back, Tchaikovsky or Beethoven, so I've grown very fond of it.

My second passion after traveling is to watch films. I try to go twice a month to the movies if not more. Some of my favourite films are: 12 angry men, Casablanca, Fight club, V for Vendetta, the Front page, the appartment, clockwork orange, trainspotting, le Concert, etc.

I've read many books but I always feel I'm way behing. There are so many beautiful ones! A few I love are 100 años de soledad, the Tin drum, the hobbit, my family and other animals, the perfume, la peste y la sombra del viento.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My one year trip in SA it's probably the most amazing thing I've had the luck to live. I hope to take some time of my job to do something like that again.

What I Can Share with Hosts
