Resumen
Sobre mí
A freshman at university who finally found out how big and small the world is. A law student, who has more free time that she can handle.
Love travelling. But if not on a journey, I'm horribly lazy. And easy-going, because getting mad takes too much energy and, as I've said, too lazy to make that effort.
I like being nice to people, because then they tend to be nice to you too, and that's always nice.
I seldom worry. I learned that problems will come, and then they will be solved, one way or another, and that's all. Why to worry?
Sorry about so many pictures with dogs on my profile. It's just that I've been doing lots of things with them lately, and they tend to be much more cooperative while shooting than people...
I grew up among them. They tought me to be responsible for another being; they helped me (through a lot of embarrassing moments) to get rid of my shyness.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I've been thinking and talking about couchsurfing for couple of years; and now I have finally joined! I've always loved the idea and now, after some experience, I know that it works. Perfectly at that.
On weekends I can host you in my parental house in Milotice, South Moravia, the Czech Rep., or in our wine house nearby the village (it's more of a wine cottage than an actual cellar, we just still call it like that. Don't worry about me locking you up in some dump hole) . Occasionally I can host you in Brno, but that requires permission from my other eight housemates...
And of course, I'm up to travelling. Anytime, anywhere.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
One short trip to the Netherlands, staying in a wonderful home in Haarlem. It was as great as I could ever imagine!
And then five weeks hitch-hiking through Scandinavia, with my dog Woody for a company. It was one of the best times in my life, and a big thanks for that goes to Couchsurfers, as well.
Intereses
Walking, trekking, backpacking. Reading, watching, listening. Chatting, eating, tasting. Doing all of these things above with my dog beside me.
That's the general.
When travelling, I kind of like the traditional sight-seeing, because it's always nice to see with your own eyes the places you were taught in history lessons in school, and I always enjoyed these. But on the other hand, it's always better and more interesting to see how people live now than listen to a guide telling you how they used to live back then.
So if I could choose, I'll always be more for some experience from a daily life of my host, than a guided tour on a castle. And if sight-seeing, I'd prefer some nice and interesting, even not so well-known places, rather than landmarks, crowded with tourists...

Algo increíble que he hecho
Loads of small things that might not seem quite so spectacular to anyone else, but felt pretty amazing in my skin.
The end of my first long trek - in the last kilometres from the ninety that day, when I suddenly felt like running again.
Lying in the middle of nowhere, just with my dogs beside me, and feeling absolutely safe.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
Everything I know I'd gladly teach someone else. But I'm afraid there's not o lot of it...
False modesty aside, I think I know my way about dogs. I've been living and training with them for the last eight years. So, having trouble with your pet? Just ask, maybe I'll be able to help. Or, if you really have a need to finally talk about them at length without your listeners rolling their eyes, I'm your person :D
Maybe I know a thing or two about South-Moravian wine, but that discussion would require an extensive help of a dictionary.
And maybe if you were interested in all kinds of cuisine, I could give you a Czech recipe or two. But be warned - Czech traditional food is not exactly healthy!
As to the learning:
I'd love to hear any travelling experience, after all, I've just started. Advice on things I wouldn't even think to care about. That's what I'm looking for!
