I am currently enjoying one year sabbatical leave. After enjoying winter in the French Alps skiing, I will be traveling with my boyfriend, starting in New Zealand for 1 month

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe there are many new ways to travel and visit the world in more sustainable and enriching ways than booking expensive hotels.

I've tried Couchsurfing as a guest and it was very unique experience. I benefited from a local insight while making a friend.

Now that I've an apartment where it is possible to host people, I would like to share new experiences as an host also.

Interests

I enjoy all type of activities in the nature: hiking, camping, chilling around...

I'm a big fan of tv series (Grey's Anatomy, Modern Family, The Middle,...).

Although I like to be active and meet new people and place, sometimes I enjoy a good moment of tranquility.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very open minded when it comes to music. I can listen almost everything, even if my favorite bands are stuck in the 80s and 90s.

I like to read romances and thrillers. I appreciate a good moment of suspense and speculate about the end of the history while going through the book. Even if I might not appreciate the history so much after all, I will go to the end just to know it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am open minded to learn and share new experiences. Meeting new people is always an exciting challenge and share different points of view is already a learning experience.

I can help you with some insights in English, French and Portuguese ;) I'm considering to learn Spanish soon.

I can also introduce you to some traditional (and very tasting!) portuguese meals.
