About Me
ABOUT ME
Hello, I am an Italian girl who decided to run away from Italy armed with a Working Holiday Visa and the dream of finding a good job in Sydney.
I'm 25 and I've never been out of my Country for more than three weeks. I've decided start this adventure because I think that before I decide that the lifestyle and the city that happened to me are the right one for me I have to see something else.
I have fun with little, I'm quiet, but if necessary I can be a partygirl. I like to work and talk with people, listen to them even more.
PHILOSOPHY
I think the 'live and let live' philosophy is the best there is. No one should tell the others what is the right way to live. In Italy people from old generations incessantly repeat that when a young guy finishes school he needs to find a stable job and he should not leave it until he dies, doesn't matter if he likes it or not. I believe that everybody deserves to get something better for themselves even if anyone belives they can but themselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just enrolled in couchsurfing.org because I love meeting new people and I think couchsurfing is a much more interesting solution than the hostel accommodation for the first few weeks and being a couchsurfer can give me a great help with the language and discovering the real life of a new country. I am nice and I adapt to new situations with great ease.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This is the first time as a couchsurfer but it is very easy for me to adapt to strange accomodations because I've been a scout for and a wwoofer for years!
Interests
I love drawing and writing short stories. I like any kind of music, especially rock and folk music (one of my greatest passions is to go to concerts).I love also watching old movies.
I love travelling and exploring cities, but over the past four years I have not had a moment to do that because I had studied and worked so hard!
I love being outdoors and my dream would be to work on a farm full of donkeys, my favorite animals.
I like to meet new people from all over the world and even if my English is not perfect I can always make myself understood.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like Elvis Presely and other rockabilly musicians. I like music and culture from 60s.
I change the top-three of best movie and best book every week...this week I adore the movie 'Inglorious Basterds' by Quentin Tarantino and the book 'Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close' by J. S. Foer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing things I've seen in my life (in no particular order):
- The Oktoberfest in Munich of Bavaria
- The interior of Notre Dame de Paris
- The pizza I ate in Naples sitting on the sidewalk
- The painting 'The Coronation of Napoleon' in the Louvre Museum in Paris
- The lobster with butter I've eaten in a kiosk of Maine
- My town in the evening when Italy won the Soccer World Cup in 2006
and billions of things in addition to these which are the first that came to my mind, but I certainly can not write everything, isn't it?
