Enjoy design, gardening, food / cooking, and lots of other things. I'm a strategist and designer by day, full time studio potter by night.

My response rate is low, let me explain why. I choose not to respond to folks who have no previous experiences / trips / hosting, nor have last minute, unrealistic expectations. Traveling, skipping through town–quick things are ok.

I don't think its appropriate to use couchsurf when you're on vacation for several day (more than 3+) or for work.

I don't reply to unrealistic expectations. ("hi, my three buddies and I are in a band are coming to town to record our album, we'll need a place to put all our gear and practice at night when we get there, and have 3 large dogs, 2 cars which need electric to charge, we all and need to be there a week.") - nope. So, yes, this is why I have a 44% response rate. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Usually for league sports where I travel to far away places. Usually volleyball or rugby.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wrote a musical with a friend. Turned out to be a pretty huge thing and totally humbling. Loved it.
