About Me

Hi guys, I'm Réka.

I'm sure you can't pronounce my name. The reason why because it is a really special Hungarian historical name. Réka was our first leader's wife and the daughter of our first king's enemy. So all of Rékas are cool. Maybe you can know me and you will have experience about it. ;-)

I am a young lawyer. I'm dealing with international issues at my workplace and I would like to make this world a better place. I try to discover my limits and open myself to the world. I love people and getting to know new people. I play several musical instruments (guitar, piano, ukulele, recorder, clarinet and a special Hungarian folk instrument called "cimbalom") Music is my life.
I believe in God and I know that everybody has an own way for happiness. I am searching my way and looking for the little positive things of every day. :) This is the first step of true happiness.

The other thing is that I love my country. Our culture, our food, our cities are the bests. You should listen to Hungarian folk music or check a few pictures before you will travel to our beautiful capital. Absolutely worth it! :) I'm sure that I could show you special Hungarian things and taste Hungarian sweets (Túró Rudi is the best). And I almost forgot the most important fact: our alcohol culture. The statiscics say that Hungarians drink too much. The reason is the quality of our alcohols. The Hungarian wines are increadibly tasty, you have to try "fröccs" (soda&wine), and the "pálinka" (70% alcohol)... You can't leave the country unless you try it.

My favorite city is Budapest. It has so many faces. Budapest is special for its architecture and atmosphere and you will see, this city is breathtakingly beautiful. There are interesting museums, a mountain with nice wiew, the nicest Parliament in the world, Buda Castle and Danube. But I have to say honestly, for me Budapest is unforgettable and special especially at night (and in the rain). There are so many clubs, bars, ruin bars and parties around the city that surely everyone will find the perfect one according to their preferences, regardless of the time or the genre they like.

My mission is to give you a bit of my enthusiasm and show you around.

So come to Budapest!

Have a nice day!
