ABOUT ME

Hello there! I am a weird but kind-hearted person who loves to laugh and travel and learn. I am a nerd at heart and like a lot of literature and art history and science (especially weird evolution or psychology things). But I also love to drink with friends and have a good time :-)

I was born to a Danish family and raised in Texas, but my heart will forever belong in Denmark. Last year I lived in Prague and taught English. Currently I'm in Scotland doing a masters.

I am also a vegetarian. (Sometimes that is a problem when I travel, but not usually!)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been hosted in many different countries across Europe, with only amazingly positive experiences so far.

When I lived in Copenhagen I gave tours of Christiania to surfers and occasionally hosted. Then in Austin Texas I hosted a few surfers in my crazy hippie co-op house (which was shared by 17 people!). I also hosted in Prague!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

-Was hosted in Russia and Poland in March and April 2013.
-Couchsurfed for 15 days in a row in 14 different cities on my biking trip from Copenhagen to Stavanger, Norway. :-D
-Emergency surfed a few times on my two-month long trip across all central/western europe with my brother!
-Biked across the USA, summer 2014
-Have hosted over a dozen surfers now!
