About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Figure out how would be my life in Germany...
Learn about energy production and environmental impacts, trying to understand the importance and true potential of renewable energies.
ABOUT ME
Open-minded, tolerant and dedicated to exploit the field of the most powerful of human pleasures: tasting :)
I moved to Toulouse for work reasons, fitting in very well with the city and its living.
I like to be helpful and to add some value in things I do.
PHILOSOPHY
I think richness - from a character point of view - is the most important thing and so one must never stop learning in life.
Research, in any field, should always be pursued.
Being independent is essential, but you need to learn a lot before getting to that point - so, in the end, you need to meet with others and get some help in order to stand on your feet :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By hosting people when possible or meeting travellers in town, meeting locals when I go travelling or surfing people's couches too.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Introduced to it by my couchsurfer girlfriend, together we hosted many people and it's been always enjoyable and interesting to have them around, even if only for a short time.
Also had good experience on the other side of the couch ;)
Interests
Tasting: I am both gourmand and gourmet :) I like fine food and drinks and have quite good skills in cooking - anyway, I enjoy very much myself doing it, especially for guests.
Arts (music, literature, cinema, painting..), science (as much as I can understand), history, some sports (formula 1, football, starting to know rugby), humour.
And - of course - travelling!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love piano and I try to attend at least 2/3 concerts per year... most favourite composers are Chopin, Schumann, Debussy, Scriabin.
As per modern music, I have some very heterogeneous taste, from blues-/progressive rock of the 70s to indie rock, through folksingers and some electronic.
I am a huge fan of Quentin Tarantino and Stanley Kubrick; I like comedies, not cheap/trivial humour.
Last impressive books I've read are: Cat's cradle, The character of rain, The clown, Brave new world, 1984.
