ABOUT ME

I’m Rob i come from a town in Holland called Venray.
I like to learn about different cultures and languages.
In my free time I like to do sports and I love traveling and get to know new people!
I also love music and i’m a nature and outdoors lover.
I’m the kind of person that can appreciate a beautiful sunset or coloured sky.
Right now I’m going around Europe doing different jobs. I spent my summer in Mallorca working as a chef and was in France for the apple picking season.
My next job will be in Austria experiencing the winter sport season.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because i like to meet locals and see the places i visit true there eyes instead of the touristic path.
I also like to share experiences about traveling and love to cook different styles of food from around the world.

I like listening to all kinds of music,my favourites hip hop About and techno. But I also listen to dance,reggae and many more.
I don’t watch a lot of movies but I love a good documentary

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climb a 600 meter sand dune in the middle of the Sahara dessert at night to see the stars at the other side of this sand dune. Took me a hour and a half and the other side was complete darkness.
