About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Getting a carpet for the living room, if possible maybe even a nice on.

ABOUT ME

I came to Berlin for work some two and a half years ago but stayed with one foot in my old town (Hamburg). Now that this Berlin thing seems to be something more permanent, I got a proper flat in a nice neighborhood and am now looking to find what this city has to offer besides work.
Other than that I am, at least in theory, more of a thinker Person (My company had me tested, INTP if anybody cares), but no worries I am usually adaptive enough not to insist on boring you with topics you never have heard of before. Also if you stay over the weekend consider that I stay up long but sleep even longer.

PHILOSOPHY

Whatever works.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently with some hosting here and there.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I got in contact with the concept while living in San Francisco for half a year in 2010 and loved the idea. Until now I however never really had the living conditions that called for massive surfing or hosting, so my experience consists mostly in going to some meetings a while back and more recently some hosting.

Interests

Running, cycling, hiking, politics, (energy) economics, anything about Technology (especially if includes high voltage, astronomy or nuclear power), movies and tv series, and trying to track my flights with my phones gps.

Well if for whatever reason anybody would want to learn about electricity production / distribution or the regulatory framework of Germany I would be the guy to go.
