ABOUT ME

I’m from Brittany, a region in North-Western France. I’m a spontaneous, sociable and friendly girl. I’m passionate about music, I play guitar, ukulele and singing. My job consists in project management in associations based on sustainable development and solidarity. As most of couchsurfers, I like meeting new people, discovering their universe and experiences. I’m a curious person with many interests then I’m sure we’ll have something to share when we meet!

PHILOSOPHY

Generally, when I have to make decisions in life, I always choose the unknown path so I’m sure to learn new things about myself and the world around me. I don’t wanna have regrets so, I always wonder “what would I absolutly want to do or be before dying?” and step by step, I try to make my desires true. This way of life makes me live a lot of different experiences and travelling is part of the game! “Your dreams must be big enough or you’ll lose sight of them when you’ll follow them” – Oscar Wilde (I translate myself, I’m not sure of my English, sorry)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel for a short trip in England with my boyfriend (Gwenal Carcreff, on CS too) then we're just two surfers for now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed several times in Canada and it was really great! I met very nice people and if I could see some of them more often, they could become real friends

Music, Movies, and Books

So hard to make a choice...
Music : pop, folk, jazz, rock, motown (I'€™m very inspired by American music of the 60'€™s and 70'€™s) but also electro, trip-hop and French chanson. Some of my favourite artists are Beirut, Dark Dark Dark, Neil Young, Norah Jones, Otis Redding, Emilie Simon, Led Zeppelin, Woodkid, Supertramp, Sigur Ros, Eddie Vedder, Ratatat, Jeff Buckley, Jewel, Cat Stevens, Queen and so many more...
Cinema : I don't have one favourite kind of movies. Sometimes I prefer romances, humour, esthetic photography... it depends on my mood. The best movies I've seen recently were Alabama Monroe, Synghe Sabour Patience stone and Moonrise Kingdom. And my classics are Braveheart, Forrest Gump, Into the Wild, Robin Hood, The Constant Gardener, Avatar, Dirty Dancing, la Cité de la Peur, The Lion King...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach and share everything I know! Cooking, music, various knowledges, my vision of life...
I would be very glad to learn new recipes during my trip and it would be wonderful if I could also play music with people and learn new songs.
